Is your computer failing to boot up, or perhaps it continually restarts before reaching the Windows desktop area?

We have the necessary equipment to solve the majority of hard drive based problems, such as non-boots or bad drive sectors*.

Most can be resolved at the customer's premises, but we may need to bring the computer back to our office to fully analyse the problem(s), as some can take hours to diagnose and fix.

Our "No Fix, No Fee" scheme may be applicable fo this service.

First off, we don't have a callout fee (unless the appointment is cancelled with no good reason, see note). Quite a lot of local computer engineers operate on a fixed fee basis, charging by the job - this could work out expensive in the long run! We just charge by the hour for the job you've called us out for, we're not expensive. The engineer will then take a few basic details before arranging a mutually convenient time to visit.

* Please note, cases of physical drive failure, replacement may be the only option. We will advise if this is the case. If we can still access the hard drive, we will attempt to make a recovery backup of your personal files, photos etc., onto DVD or similar.
