Has your computer crashed with the dreaded "Blue Screen of Death" - a deep blue screen with white writing showing all manner of technical jargon and error codes? Sometimes, hardware or software can conflict with elemets of Windows causing a critcal crash, resulting in this screen, sometimes also referred to as the "BSOD". Believe it or not, those bizarre error codes actually mean something, and once we understand what each one is reporting, it makes the diagnosis that little bit easier. It can be the result of anything from a conflicting software driver, to a USB device that wasn't recognised correctly. It can also be as serious as the computer's RAM modules going bad on you. * Please note, these repairs can sometimes take a while to fix, and we may need to take the computer away for testing at our office. Our "No Fix, No Fee" scheme may be applicable fo this service. Booking Us: |
